This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how B Art Co., Ltd. ("B Art Co., Ltd.", ”Bryce Art Space”, "Wongkot Watanasoponwong", “Bryce Watanasoponwong”, “we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide on the bryce-art.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely for whatever reason, you can return it for an exchange of the new item, as long as it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Full refunds are not possible, but you can use them as credit for other purchases.

To complete your return, I require a receipt and proof of purchase.

I am unable to offer an exchange or refund for store credit in the following cases:

  • Any item, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for this policy.
